Any person may inspect the bylaws or minutes at the Town Office between 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. Mondays to Fridays, excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at cost.
PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in accordance with the Public Notice Policy Bylaw adopted by the Town of Wilkie in accordance with The Municipalities Act, the following item will be discussed by the council of the Town of Wilkie at its meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on February 27, 2023 at the Town of Wilkie Council Chambers:
1. To extend the repayment terms in regards to monies lended to the Wilkie Regional Park Board for the purpose of purchasing equipment for the Wilkie Regional Park.

The following is information on the Town of Willkie's waterworks, as required under The Municipalities Act Regulations.
2021 Waterworks Financial Overview:
" Total waterworks revenues (R) - $486,422
" Total waterworks expenditures (E) - $410,680
" Total debt payments on waterworks infrastructure loans (D) - $51,183
" Comparison of water & sewer revenues to expenses plus debt payments expressed as a ratio:
Revenue ($486,422) = 1.05
Expenses ($461,863)
For 2021 water revenues covered 100% of water expenditures.
The following additional information is available at the municipal office on the waterworks:

" Capital plans in place and related sources of funding for the projects (is currently being updated and will be posted once approved by Town Council)

" 2015 waterworks assessment as required under section 35 of the Water Regulations, 2002

Town Council Meetings will be held every 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M., with the exception of statuatory holidays.
The meetings are being held in the Council Chambers located at the Town of Wilkie Office at 206 - 2nd Avenue West.
Anyone from the public who wishes to attend the meeting must notify the Administrator by noon the Friday before the council meeting at 306-843-2692. To allow for social distancing guests are limited to either the phone or by Zoom.
